Prince Rupert July 5

We decided on a full service RV park so we can get caught on laundry and such. This is what you get for $50:00 a day. Pat had to get out the picker and clean up the garbage around the site. I guess its about right when your the only RV park around. It's located close to the Ferry, so handy for that. The nice thing is the bush on the other side, Jack has a place to go hunt. (For bugs)

First stop was the Info center. It was also an interpretive center, so we had a quick history lesson. We picked up some more info guides for points farther north.
We around walked to the water front.

Thought this was worth a shot.
I just had to. Check out the name.
Off for a tour of the area.

Port Edwards Cannery. Unfortunately it is closed for Covid and not open yet. We did manage to sneak in and I got a few shots.

For some reason these started to down load very fast, yeah.

Time for lunch. I was looking for some seafood, there are two restaurants that serve it, one was closed Mon. So Dolly's it was. Was a bit disappointing, I had a Seafood Pasta, it was good but I think I could have gotten it any were. I was trying to find something very west coast. We will try Smiles tomorrow or maybe the pub.

I know, Dave R is saying why not both, you never know.
